There’s a choice, I think.
You either mourn… or you celebrate.
Sometimes both. One after the other. In cycles. Like breath.

We walk through so many seasons in our lives.
And they all matter.
They all live on in us.
Every beautiful little moment.

And we can celebrate it.
Celebrate it all.

I was listening to Eddie Vedder’s Into the Wild gig recently — and something cracked open in me. That voice. That story. That raw, imperfect, alive sound of someone remembering what matters. It’s ageless.
It felt like life again.
Not the shiny version.
The real one.
Bruised. Radiant.

Sometimes, as you age, you feel less seen. Less important. Less relevant.
But those same longings — to be free, to be real, to connect — still exist in everyone.

I recently went to a festival and had beautiful conversations with so many young, brilliant, emotionally intelligent people. And weren’t trying to silence anyone older than them.
They were listening.
Curious.
Alive.
We all share the same story.

Life has so much beauty and pain.
And it is all precious.
All to be celebrated.

Maybe life is not how you imagined.
But you celebrate — or you lose.

That’s it.
So choose wisely and don’t try to control it all.x

Love is everywhere.
