I’ve lived the most beautiful, outrageous, chaotic life. I’ve slept under the stars in the sahara, and in the cliffs above the ganges. I’ve travelled some of the most beautiful places on earth, often alone. I’ve lived in communes, had wild love affairs and countless beautiful adventures. I’ve studied every brilliant thing from Philosophy to Tantra, Mathematics to Music, Modern art to Psychology. I was blessed with a beautiful, loving family and was brought up with the wild and wonderful. I love art, music, intelligent conversations — and yes, cigarettes and cups of tea.

I have a CRAZY CREATIVE mind and an unconditionally loving, wide open heart. And have experienced all the chaos and pain that comes with that. But rather than change myself I needed to embrace myself more. To embrace the colour. To see the sacred. To learn the rituals to keep me safe and alive and free. And hold me to the knowing that life is such a gift, every finite, achingly beautiful moment. 

My work
I’ve worked for 20+ years with artists and performers in London and all over the globe, at the highest level. I’m the founder of Expressive Voicework®. I additionally trained in NLP (ABNLP), TFT (ATFT & BTFTA), Hypnotherapy (ABH), TLT (TLTA), Personal development coaching. And all that stuff lead me back to beautiful, humble repeated practises. Held in loving environments. Where all can be seen and heard and held in the light.
