To sleep under the stars in the Sahara and in the cliffs over the Ganges. To study every brilliant thing from Philosophy to Tantra, Mathematics to Music, Modern art to Psychology. I was blessed with an unconditionally loving, wide open heart and a WILDLY CREATIVE mind. And all the pain, trauma, depression and addiction that comes with that. I spent years of my life in total self abandonment, moulding and transforming myself in an effort to be loved. It took me half my life to love and own my beautiful, troublesome, f*cked up self. To align with my own strong, powerful heart and it’s wave-like nature. To stay centred when my wounds and patterns were triggured (and to be ok when I simply couldn’t). Life is a wonderful blessing, every finite, achingly, beautiful moment. Let me support you to love and look after your precious, wild heart. And to do the work to stay aligned and feel more alive and free than ever.

trying to fix myself, over giving, over working, ignoring my needs, procrastinating, being a perfectionist, obsessing, catastrophising and going round in agonising, ever-decreasing circles. But it’s tragedy and heartbreak that lead us to evolve to new levels of freedom and love.
